With up to 1 million consumers affected by unfair parcel surcharging, @NairnCAB has been commissioned be Citizens Advice Scotland to undertake research to find out how local communities are affected by this and would like to invite you to participate in our online survey http://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LLCL23X before an awareness raising campaign is launched in the Autumn.
