After 20 years of service Nairn CAB provides free, confidential and independent advice to everyone who needs it. Our aim is to ensure individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, lack of knowledge of the services available to them or through an inability to express their needs effectively.

We have specialist case workers who can help with Welfare Rights, challenging DWP decisions and court representation, Debt and Housing involving eviction and repossession, Trust Deeds, Debt Arrangement Scheme and Sequestration, Employment Rights and Energy
Nairn Citizens Advice Bureau also assists members of the Armed Services Community, veterans and their families through the Armed Services Advice Project along with a part-time service based at Nairn Healthcare Group for those unable to access the main bureau.
We can provide financial education to school pupils and arrangements for one to one financial education for adults through the Money Advice Service.
